FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER
Mexico was fabulous and a wonderful last minute surprise since we had canceled and then re-instated the trip. I am forever grateful to those who pushed me! I will only say that the weather was superb, the accommodations lovely, and the group lively and interesting, and we missed you!

On a Personal Note
As many of you already know, Terry had a double hip replacement in December and is now up and running about Millbrook, back to her busy, active life without hip pain!
So I thought ‘what a great idea – I’ll get one too!’. However, I am just getting one new hip – the same one (left) which, if you have been to any of my yoga classes in the past couple of years, I am sure you have heard about (thank you for listening).
I will be out about 4 weeks – maybe 5 – we will see. In the meantime, below is a list of the gifted teachers who have generously agreed to teach my classes at the Yoga Barn.
Mondays 11:00 Level One Yoga Kathy Delia
Mondays 6:30 Level One Yoga Janice Labriola
Thursdays 9:30 Yin & Restorative Dana Lucas
Saturdays 10:00 Mixed Level Yoga Kavitha Rao in February
Saturdays 10:00 Mixed Level Yoga Janice Labriola in March
At this time I am hoping and expecting to be teaching my March 16th, so I will keep you posted on my progress.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all you lovely yoga people who have shared in my hip experience, given me encouragement, support, help, advice, and displayed general good will in listening to my advice to you about how not to end up in my situation.
Love to you all,
Nancy
