The Twist Workshop with Jessica Becker will not be held this Sunday, the 25th of March. We are working on a new date toward the end of April and will keep everyone advised.
Our Open House previously planned for April 1st is also being rescheduled and we will keep everyone advised on this event as well. A reminder that we have two new classes at the Yoga Barn:
Monday, 10:30 am – Embody Yoga with Nancy
Tuesday, 6:00 pm – Gentle Kripalu Yoga with Christine
